This is an outdoor, drive-thru event at the St. Paul Police Headquarters building. We will join many other St. Paul organizations to hand out books and goodies to families and kids. Dress for the weather and wear a fun costume, if you’d like.

****Set-up will be at 12:30/Event runs from 1-5 PM***
