St. Paul – El Rio Vista Rec Center Halloween Drive Thru

Join TFBB for a Spoooky Scary Halloween drive through event. Dress warm, wear your mask, gloves and costume or part of a costume if you can!
We will be outside handing books to children in cars. Hope to see you there!
